Laura’s hope is to inspire her following in finding simple joys for moving towards a modern day sustainable lifestyle.
Laura has over 10 years in experience in luxury retail as a digital producer, lead creative. Whether working with emerging fashion brands pioneering new earth – conscious materials, renowned fashion houses pivoting to reduce their carbon footprint from clean beauty and wellness brands. And most recently, passionate about smart city innovations and learning how to make differences starting from her own communities to reduce, reuse and recycle.
Laura has grown her cult following quickly from her social feed due to her clean, minimal aesthetic and passion to inspire others to join her journey to explore the issues (and solutions).
Laura has sat on several panels at Financial Times Smart City Summit, Green Utopia Sustainability & Wellness Festival’, Arboretum Members Club (London), PR PUSH CONNECT X SUSTAINABILITY (London), VADA Voices on Sustainability and FEMALES NARRATIVES (London) and most recently, Fashion Circle at The AllBright – all female members club (London) , February 2020 discussing ‘influencing for good,’ with a passion for the environment being at her core as a guest panellist.
Laura’s work portfolio includes currently a Digital Producer at Selfridges & Co (since March 2019), Laura has worked on various schemes and digital projects such as Selfridges‘ Buying Better / Inspiring Change, Project Ocean: Beauty Booth, Bright New Things, Depop, Happy x Nature by Kate Hudson & Reformation online and in store activations and most recently.
From Feb – Sept 2019, a Consultant at CLOUDTWELVE a wellness and lifestyle club in an affluent district in West London where she created content and help build a cult community from her personal network, influence and strategic partners.
From 2014 – 2018, she held a position of Brand Creative at NET-A-PORTER.
In 2019, Laura launched a smart city app that solves cities biggest challenge: water waste and managing pollution for commercial and residential real estate. WeKleen was created in her kitchen and shortly after shortlist as ‘ App of the Year’ category by BusinessGreen Technology Awards and selected by Mayor of London, Better Futures an initiative that supports clean tech businesses. In addition, invited to speak at Financial Times to share her expertise in the future of car care and why a new alternative is essential to protect our planet.
