This week, Watermelon Mint Mocktail
As we have arrived in the first week of May (nearly 8 weeks in self -isolation), I’m definitely craving my summer fruit favorite, watermelon. The benefits of adding to Mocktail? Watermelon lowers inflammation and oxidative stress, high in vitamin C and plays a key role in helping your body form collagen (the protein that keeps skin healthy and eyesight sharp). Vitamin A helps to keep the skin’s moisture levels high so that it won’t become dehydrated.
- Fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice
- 1/2 Watermelon
